You start by setting up an event page where you can sell tickets or register guest sign-ups. Ticket buyers and guests get their tickets emailed to them. They can choose to either print them out or display them on their smart devices.

On the day of the event, you can install our free ticket scanning app on your preferred portable device - be it a smartphone or tablet - to turn it into a fully functional ticket scanner. You can then use it to scan printed tickets or tickets displayed on the screen of another smartphone. It’s that easy.

It costs nothing to create an event on Billetto or download our app. If you use Billetto for free events, you’ll never pay a penny. If you do sell paid event tickets, we’ll add a small booking fee when someone buys them. You choose whether to pass on this fee to your guests or absorb the fee in the ticket price.
