When will I receive the ticket proceeds from my event?
The payment of revenue from your ticket sales will be processed within 9-12 working days after your event ends. Once Billetto has processed your payment, your bank will need to accept the incoming transfer of revenue. The time your bank takes to process your payment is entirely at your bank's discretion. In some instances, this can take up to an additional 12 working days.
How do I refund tickets for my guests?
You can refund orders via the "Manage Events" page. You will need an email address, name, or order number from your ticket buyer (they should have received the order number in the ticket confirmation email).
What payment methods are available on Billetto?
We accept a variety of different credit cards: JCB, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Visa Electron. Additional payment methods may be available to you, depending on your country.
How can I add access codes to tickets?
If you need to create tickets with a special offer, a discounted price, or to simply hide certain tickets from the general public using a password, access codes are the solution. When you add an access code to a ticket, that ticket becomes invisible to visitors without the code. Guests who know the access code can reveal the ticket by clicking on "Get Tickets" and entering the code into the "If you have a code, enter it here" box.
How do I add a ticket link to my Facebook Event?
If you have already published an event on Billetto, simply copy the event link and paste it into the "Tickets" section of your Facebook event.
What are the ticket types I can create?
Currently you can choose between 7 ticket types in Billetto: Paid Ticket, Free Ticket, Donation, Merchandise, Sign-up, Voucher, and Box Office Collection.
