“SunriseForBrainConditions Up Croagh Patrick” is an annual Sponsored climb up Croagh Patrick or walk nearby to raise funds for worthwhile charities fighting Brain Conditions. The event has grown and attracted wider support from many great people who have been affected by Huntington’s Disease, Parkinson’s, Motor Neuron Disease & Multiple Sclerosis. We are delighted to say that with everybody's help in 2020, Sunrise Up Croagh Patrick raised over €20,000, which is fantastic; In total that is over €85,000 since we first started. Thank You All.

 Our chosen Charities have used these funds to provide specialist care and support to people with these conditions and their families. Your support and participation in 2021 will help 4 worthy Brain Condition charities provide even more of this much needed specialist care.This year’s event is our 7th and due to the Covid-19 pandemic we will run a Virtual event during the month of June.

The Virtual event participants are asked to do (27,000 steps = 20.5 km = 1 Croagh Patrick) – once, twice, or more … it is up to participants to choose their steps target between 1st-27th June. During the month of June 2021, they will walk/run/dance/climb stairs – building as many steps as they can whether in their home, garden or during daily exercise outdoors (respecting the HSE/NHS directions).
