We're pumped to announce our second annual Summer jam with Hidden Agenda! This time round we'll be throwing shapes inside the lovely walls of The Sugar Club. It's our first time playing this venue so it has us brimming with excitement, to say the least. We'll also be welcoming Mr. nimble fingers, sherpa Reynolds, on his long awaited return to the dance. Come join!

I have not received my The Summer Jam ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your The Summer Jam tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your The Summer Jam tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
