Join the friendly peeps at YogaHub to transform your morning routine. 5 mornings, 1 teacher, so you're guaranteed continuity, small groups, individual attention and feedback, and a chance to develop a kick-ass morning routine.

This week we are led by the YogaHub's own Brian McVeigh. We’ll be focusing on entering each day with strength, energy and grace. He will guide you into establishing an energetic practice in your own life. Morning practice can be a beautiful way to refresh each day, restart yourself and connect to deeper sense of yourself, bringing a sense of renewal and a fresh perspective at the start of each day.

Each day will include arm balances for you to explore and energise, introducing techniques and exercises to bring yourself into these with safety and confidence.
There will be also be a focus on inversions, we will be working into different types of headstands over the five days which help build focus, breath and confidence.

A confirmed morning person Brian has had an established morning practice for over 12 years, he will bring his experience of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga to the daily practice. Working within the Yoga tradition to embrace each morning in a calm energised space.

Working with awareness, breath and movement he will lead you to a deeper expression of your self and your Yoga practice.
