Jac O'Keeffe, originally from Ireland, is a spiritual teacher, guide and author living in the USA.
She will be holding a 3 day retreat in the peaceful surroundings of Hotel Westport, Co.Mayo, Ireland.
Jac cultivates wisdom in her clients and students. With the correct guidance and the application of tools, we can each recognize the Truth that underpins all. This profound and revealing weekend event will be an intimate investigation into the nature of living an awakened life. The evolution of our human consciousness has to be both understood and embraced if we are to embody an authentic awakening. Fully human, fully divine and accessing prior to both (leading to prior to consciousness) make Jac's teachings unique.
Jac's work is an Exploration of Truth For Its Own Sake. Jac guides deep meditative practices and facilitates spiritual gatherings in question-and-answer format, offering clear pointers to spiritual seekers of Truth and liberation.
