Beginners CDJ and Vinyl workshops with Lolz and Eliza from Gash Collective.
Saturday 9th September
2-3.30pm | 4-5.30pm
Pulled Studio, Sligo

Learn the fundamentals of DJing in a safe and comfortable environment. These are separate workshops, choose your preferred format or book onto both.

Gash Collective is an Irish Collective and label focused on supporting female, trans, queer, non-binary and other underrepresented people in DJing and music production.

Lolz will cover the basics of DJing on CDJs including using CDJs and a mixer, beat matching, making playlists, finding and downloading music and using Rekordbox.

4pm-5.30pm: Eliza will guide participants through the basics of mixing using records, including how the equipment works, beat matching by ear, and digging for records.

These workshops are part of Sound Off / Sound On - a day of community building presented by Spilt Milk.

No one will be turned away for lack of funds - please contact us by email info[at]spiltmilkfestival[dot]com if you are not in a position to purchase a ticket but would like to attend.
